Description: This object gives the current running Calls Per Second (CPS) information.
What is cuspCPS?
This object reports the CUSP system's current calls-per-second processing rate right now. An admin watches this real-time figure against cuspLicenseLimit to see how close the system is at this moment to the point where new calls would start being rejected. During a flash traffic event, the admin monitoring cuspCPS in real time can see it approaching cuspLicenseLimit and anticipate call rejections before they start appearing in cuspCallsDroppedExceedingLicense.
