What is ciscoUrwbUptime?

This object reports, as a text string, how long the URWB device has been running since its last restart. An admin monitoring the mesh can use this to spot a device that unexpectedly rebooted, since a low uptime value on a device that should have been running for weeks suggests a crash or power event. If a trackside unit's ciscoUrwbUptime resets to near zero without a scheduled maintenance window, the admin would investigate what caused the unplanned reboot.
