What is ciscoUrwbTimestamp?

This object records the timestamp associated with a specific logged failure error entry. An admin reviewing a device's error history uses this timestamp to establish precisely when each recorded failure event occurred. When correlating a train's brief connectivity loss with a device fault, the admin checks whether ciscoUrwbTimestamp for a failure entry lines up with the time the loss was reported.
