What is ciscoUrwbStaticIp?

This object reports the IP address assigned to a static, fixed URWB device such as a trackside unit. An admin managing fixed infrastructure nodes uses this address to directly access or monitor a specific trackside unit rather than relying solely on mesh-ID references. When a specific trackside access point needs a firmware push, the admin targets it using its ciscoUrwbStaticIp.
