What is ciscoUrwbLoad1?

This object reports the device's average CPU load over the last one minute, as a text value. An admin can use this short-window figure to catch sudden CPU spikes on the device, which might correlate with a burst of mesh reconfiguration activity or a software issue. If ciscoUrwbLoad1 spikes sharply while ciscoUrwbLoad5 and ciscoUrwbLoad15 remain low, the admin would recognize a very recent, possibly transient, load event worth investigating.
