What is ciscoUrwbFailSshLoginUser?

This object reports the username that was used in a failed SSH login attempt against the device. An admin investigating unauthorized access attempts uses this field to see exactly which usernames are being tried, helping distinguish random scanning from targeted attacks against known accounts. If ciscoUrwbFailSshLoginUser repeatedly shows admin or root being tried, the admin would recognize this as typical automated scanning rather than a targeted attack using insider knowledge.
