What is cipCardOffloadConfigAPIHostAppl?

Holds the name of the mainframe application providing API services for this offload task, as specified in the mainframe configuration. This is a separate application-name binding from the 'link' one, cipCardOffloadConfigLinkHostAppl — CLAW/offload setups can distinguish an IP-link application from an API-services application, so this points specifically at whichever mainframe application handles the API side of the connection. If a mainframe's SNA API services run under an application named 'APISERV', cipCardOffloadConfigAPIHostAppl would be set to 'APISERV' to bind the offload task's API path to that specific application.
