Description: The vendor ID portion of a MAC address. If the source or destination MAC address has the same vendor ID, a match occurs. The packet is dropped if a match occurs and deny(1) was specified. The packet is dropped if a match doesn't occur and at least one Vendor ID filter was specified with permit(3).
What is filterVendorId?
A read-only value reporting the vendor ID portion of a MAC address that this filter matches, used to permit or deny traffic based on the manufacturer prefix of the source or destination address.
