What is ciscoScsiLuIdAssociation?
This object indicates what this LU's identifier is actually associated with, the logical unit itself or a particular port, per the same VPD page 83 descriptor. This distinguishes whether the identifier names the whole logical unit, so it stays constant across every path to it, or just one specific port path, which matters when correlating multipath sessions back to a single physical LUN. An association value of addressed logical unit confirms the identifier in ciscoScsiLuIdValue is the LUN's own identity and will match across all four paths in a 4-path multipathed configuration.
