What is ciscoScsiDscTgtInCommands?

This counter tracks the total number of SCSI commands this discovered target port or device has received. An admin evaluating how heavily a specific storage target is being used across all the initiators talking to it uses this counter's growth rate as an aggregate command-load indicator for that target, useful for spotting an array approaching a command-processing bottleneck. A target array showing a command rate climbing steadily as more hosts are provisioned against it over time would help justify adding another array or spreading load across additional targets.
