What is ciscoScsiDeviceResets?

This counter tracks how many times this specific SCSI device (host or array) has reset, as observed by the local switch/agent. An admin seeing this counter increment for a specific device, especially repeatedly over a short period, should suspect a flaky HBA, a driver issue, or power instability on that device, since SCSI resets typically disrupt in-flight I/O for every LUN and flow associated with that device. A server whose device-reset count jumps right when application teams report a burst of storage errors would tie the two observations together for the admin.
