This is the standard SNMP RowStatus control that lets an administrator create or delete an authorized-initiator entry in this table. It is literally how a storage admin grants or revokes a specific remote initiator's permission to talk to a target via SNMP instead of the CLI, so setting it to destroy immediately revokes that one initiator's authorization. A script automating zoning changes might SNMP-SET this to createAndGo to pre-authorize a new host's initiator WWN before that host is allowed to log in to the target.
