An admin auditing SAN access can use it to tell how recently a given initiator was authorized to reach this target, which is useful for spotting an unexpected recent addition outside a documented change window. For instance, if sysUpTime is currently 17,280,000 centiseconds (about 2 days) and this object reads 5,000,000 (about 14 hours), that initiator was authorized well after the switch last booted, not at initial setup.
