What is lesColocBusAtmAddrActl?
This object reports the ATM address actually in use by the BUS, the resolved result of the specified address, mask, and ILMI negotiation with the switch. An admin cares because it's the value to check when broadcast/multicast traffic on the ELAN isn't reaching all clients, since a BUS reachable at an unexpected address can indicate an ILMI negotiation mismatch. For example, if clients report missing ARP broadcasts on the ELAN, comparing this actual BUS address against what clients were told to use can reveal a discrepancy.
