What is cisgIpsSgTunHistRemoteName?

This preserves the DNS name of the remote address for an expired control tunnel, per its description, and is a zero-length string if that name wasn't known - the historical companion to the live cisgIpsSgTunRemoteName. It's a readability aid letting an admin recognize a former peer by name rather than only by its now-historical IP address when reviewing past tunnel records. Its main value is making a history table quickly scannable for a human reviewer rather than adding new operational data.
