What is cipSecGlobalHcOutUncompOctets?
Provides a high-capacity (64-bit) count of total uncompressed outbound octets sent across all current and past IPsec Phase-2 tunnels, measured before compression, for devices with traffic volumes that overflow a 32-bit counter.
