Number of times the subchannel went into command retry state. The sum of this value and cipCardSubChannelConnections gives the number of start subchannels.
What is cipCardSubChannelCmdRetries?
Read-only counter of how many times the subchannel entered command-retry state; added to cipCardSubChannelConnections it yields the total number of start-subchannel operations.
