What is cipCardSubChannelCancels?

This counter tracks the total number of times that halt subchannel commands have been sent to a host connection (subchannel) on a Cisco mainframe channel adapter card. Each halt operation terminates communication on that specific subchannel path. An operator would monitor this to understand how often subchannel terminations are occurring and detect unusual patterns that might indicate connection problems.
