Description:

A state that a device can get into if the mainframe tries to write data to the CMCC when the CMCC has no buffers for it or if the mainframe performs a read operation and the CMCC doesn't have any data to send.

What is cipCardSubChannelCMDRetry?

Read-only status indicating whether the device is in a command-retry state, entered when the mainframe attempts a write with no CMCC buffers available or a read with no data ready to send.
