A state that a device can get into when the mainframe tries to write data to the CMCC and the CMCC has no buffers for all of the write operation.
What is cipCardSubChannelBufferWait?
Read-only status indicating that the mainframe host is trying to write data to the CMCC card's subchannel but the card has no available buffers to accept the write, causing the transfer to wait.
