What is ciscoAtmSwAddrRowStatus?

This read-create RowStatus object creates and deletes rows in the table of switch ATM addresses. It's the standard SNMP row-lifecycle mechanism for adding or retiring one of the switch's configured addresses, so setting it to destroy is literally how an admin removes an old NSAP address the switch should no longer answer to. After renumbering a switch's ATM address plan, an admin would create a row with the new address via createAndGo, then set the old address's row status to destroy to remove the stale one.
