Description: The output queue EFCI/ABR-RR marking threshold for this Threshold Group. This is expressed in percent-of-full. Note that 100% full effectively turns off the threshold. Setting this object to -1 restores the default value for the Threshold Group. The granularity of the fill-level of a queue installed in hardware is the same as that for queue limits.
