Description: Count of number of ATM cells received at SONET interface since system start time. Idle cells and cells with uncorrectable header errors are not included in the count. This is a free running counter which rolls back to zero when the value exceeds 2^32.

A free-running counter (wrapping at 2^32) of ATM cells received on the SONET interface since system startup, excluding idle cells and those with uncorrectable header errors.
