What is cienaCesDhcpRelayAgentL2Option82Added?
Counts DHCP packets to which the relay agent added a new option 82 field. This is the counter an admin checks to confirm option-82 insertion is actually happening for client requests that arrived without one, which is the expected, normal case on access ports facing untrusted clients. A healthy access-side relay instance should see this counter track closely with L2ClientRelayed, since nearly every client DISCOVER/REQUEST typically gets option 82 added fresh.
