What is cienaCesDhcpRelayAgentL2AdminState?
Enables or disables DHCP L2 relay agent functionality on a specific virtual switch (VS), as opposed to the global on/off switch elsewhere in this MIB. This per-VS control lets an admin run DHCP relay on some tenants/services while leaving it off for others sharing the same box, so a client complaint limited to one VS should be checked against this object for that VS specifically, not just the global state. Setting this to disabled(1) on VS 'Tenant-B' stops relay processing only for that tenant's DHCP traffic while other VSs keep relaying normally.
