What is wamUagNoQueries?

This is a cumulative counter of the total number of queries a WAM plugin instance has sent to its User Authority Gateway. An admin watches this counter's growth rate as a proxy for how much authentication load a particular web server is generating against a shared UAG, useful for capacity planning when multiple web servers rely on the same UAG. For example, one server accumulating 2 million queries versus another accumulating only 20,000 reveals an uneven authentication load across a shared UAG.
