This is the timestamp of the most recent query a WAM plugin sent to its User Authority Gateway. This is the freshness check an admin uses to confirm the plugin is actively still talking to the UAG right now, rather than having silently stopped querying it minutes or hours ago while continuing to serve pages. For example, a last-query timestamp several hours stale while the accept and reject counters have also stopped climbing would indicate the plugin has gone idle or crashed rather than the site just having low traffic.
