What is ufTopBlockedCatIndex?
This is the row index into the table of most frequently blocked URL categories. This index correlates each row's category name and count together, which an admin pulls first when investigating what's actually driving the overall blocked-URL trend, whether it's mostly a benign category like advertisements or something requiring more attention like malware. For example, index 1 corresponding to whichever category currently accounts for the largest share of blocked requests.
