What is thresholdErrorTime?
This is the timestamp of when the logged threshold error occurred. It's used together with thresholdErrorDesc to determine whether an error was a one-off blip or part of a recurring pattern worth escalating. For example, the value might read '2026-08-06 23:58:41'.
