This IpAddress reports the destination network of a route that was just modified (added, changed, or deleted) on the gateway, per 'Destination routing modification.' This field, together with the other svnRouteMod fields, appears to expose the most recent routing-change event rather than the full static table (that's the earlier routingDest/Mask/Gateway table), making it useful for detecting and auditing dynamic or admin-driven route changes as they happen. An admin noticing unexpected traffic rerouting could check this field to see the destination network most recently affected by a routing change.
