What is procUsrTime?
This INTEGER reports the percentage or amount of time the processor spends executing user-space processes, per 'Processor user time.' On a Check Point gateway, high user time specifically (versus system time) would point to load from user-space daemons like logging, reporting, or management processes rather than the kernel-level firewall inspection path. A spike in this value coinciding with a scheduled log export job would identify that job, not traffic volume, as the CPU load source.
