What is procIdleTime?
This INTEGER reports the percentage of time the processor is idle, per 'Processor idle time.' It's effectively the inverse of combined user and system time, giving a quick single-number headroom check; an admin planning a policy change that adds inspection overhead (like enabling a new blade) would want to see healthy idle time here beforehand. Idle time consistently near 0% would mean this gateway has no spare CPU capacity for any additional load.
