What is msSpamNumSpamEmails?

This counts how many of the scanned emails were classified as spam by the engine. Dividing this by the scanned-email count (msSpamNumScannedEmails) gives the live spam rate, and a sudden jump in that ratio is a concrete signal a spam campaign is currently targeting the organization's mail domain. For example, 3,200 spam hits out of 128,450 scanned is roughly a 2.5% spam rate.
