What is msSpamNumScannedEmails?

This is a running count of every email the Mail Security blade has passed through its anti-spam scanner, regardless of verdict. A flat or non-incrementing value while mail is known to be flowing through the gateway is the clearest sign that scanning itself has stalled, separate from any spam-detection accuracy question. For example, the counter might read 128,450 since the last reset.
