What is msSpamNumHandledSpamEmails?
This counts spam emails that were actually acted on (quarantined, tagged, or dropped) rather than merely flagged. Comparing it against msSpamNumSpamEmails reveals whether the configured spam action is executing on every detection or whether some spam is slipping through unhandled due to an action-rule misconfiguration. For example, 3,150 handled against 3,200 detected implies 50 spam messages reached the inbox untouched.
