What is msSpamControlsRBL?
This counts spam emails caught via Realtime Blackhole List lookups against IPs found either in Received header hops or in embedded URLs, per the description. It catches spam where the visible sender looks clean but a relay hop or a linked website is blacklisted, which is how snowshoe spam and malicious-link campaigns typically get through simpler filters. For example, 900 messages might be flagged for containing a URL pointing to a domain already on an RBL.
