This reports the database lock status held by a client currently connected to the management server. Since Check Point's management database uses an exclusive write lock, this field is what an admin checks to identify which of several connected clients is the one preventing everyone else from publishing changes, rather than guessing which session to disconnect. For example, one client's row showing a Write lock while every other connected client's row shows Read pinpoints exactly whose session to investigate before a policy push can proceed.
