What is mgBuildNumber?
This is the exact build number of the management server installation. Since a jumbo hotfix accumulator changes the build number without changing the major or minor version, this is the field an admin actually needs to confirm a specific vendor-requested hotfix or patch level has been applied to this management server. For example, build 991 confirming the particular jumbo hotfix take a support case asked the admin to install to resolve a known bug.
