What is haProtoVersion?
This INTEGER is the version of the ClusterXL synchronization protocol this member is running, per 'HA protocol version.' All members of a cluster need compatible protocol versions to exchange state and heartbeat information correctly, making this a key field to check when a newly added or upgraded member fails to properly join an existing cluster. A newly imaged replacement appliance reporting an older protocol version than its cluster peers would fail to sync until it's updated to match.
