haIdentifier
Module: CHECKPOINT-MIB
OID (symbolic): CHECKPOINT-MIB::haIdentifier
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.2620.1.5.8
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: INTEGER
Access: read-only
Description: HA identifier
What is haIdentifier?
This INTEGER is the numeric identifier assigned to this member within its ClusterXL cluster, per 'HA identifier.' Each member of a cluster needs a distinct ID for the cluster protocol to address it correctly, so this value is what an admin cross-references against Check Point's cluster configuration to confirm which physical box corresponds to which logical cluster member. A duplicate identifier across two members (a misconfiguration) would cause unpredictable cluster behavior.
