This is the cumulative total number of connections that were run through URL Filtering (i.e. had their destination URL's category looked up) at all, since the counter was last reset. An admin uses this as the denominator against fwUfpHits to independently derive the hit ratio, and also as a simple measure of how much web traffic is actually subject to the URL Filtering blade versus traffic exempted by policy.
