What is fgRateLimitOut?
This INTEGER is the configured outbound bandwidth rate limit enforced by FloodGate-1 on this interface. It caps how much traffic this gateway is allowed to push out this specific link, which matters most on constrained WAN or internet-facing interfaces where oversubscription would otherwise degrade every connection sharing that link. If users report slow uploads through this gateway, checking whether fgRateLimitOut is set unexpectedly low here is a direct diagnostic step.
