What is fgRateLimitIn?

This INTEGER is the configured inbound bandwidth rate limit enforced by FloodGate-1 on this interface. It's the ceiling an admin set (often in kbps) to prevent inbound traffic on this link from saturating downstream resources, so comparing it against fgAvrRateIn shows how close actual usage is running to that configured cap. A rate limit of 10000 (10 Mbps) with an average measured rate consistently at 9800 would warn that this interface is nearly maxed out and due for a limit increase.
