What is fgPolicyName?

This DisplayString is the name of the QoS policy or rule applied specifically to this interface, distinct from the gateway-wide fgStrPolicyName. Since FloodGate-1 can assign different bandwidth rules per interface, this field tells an admin exactly which sub-policy or rule is governing this particular link's traffic shaping. If two interfaces show different policy names despite carrying similar traffic types, that difference explains why one is being throttled more aggressively than the other.
