Description: Install time

What is fgInstallTime?

This DisplayString records the timestamp when the current QoS policy was installed on the gateway, per 'Install time.' Comparing this to the time of a recent policy edit in SmartConsole confirms whether a policy push actually took effect on this specific gateway rather than only being saved on the management server. If fgInstallTime shows a time before a known policy change, that gateway missed the latest install and is still enforcing outdated bandwidth rules.
