What is fgIfName?
This DisplayString is the name of the network interface associated with a given row of the FloodGate-1 QoS table, keyed by fgIfIndex. It gives the human-readable label (e.g., eth0, bond1) that lets an admin map rate-limit and queue-depth statistics back to a specific physical link without cross-referencing ifIndex numbers manually. Seeing eth2 here alongside a high fgPendPcktsOut value would immediately point the admin at that specific WAN-facing NIC as the congested one.
