What is exchangeAgentPolicyTimeStamp?
This is the timestamp of the last security policy successfully retrieved by the Exchange agent from the gateway. A stale timestamp here, relative to a policy install the admin knows was pushed more recently from SmartConsole, is the specific symptom of policy drift: the agent is still enforcing an outdated rule set on this Exchange server even though the gateway thinks the new policy is live everywhere. For example, the timestamp might correspond to 6 days ago despite a policy install having happened yesterday.
