What is exchangeAgentAvgTimePerMsg?
This is the average latency, blended across all messages (scanned and passed-through), added by the Exchange agent. It's a general performance baseline that gets compared against exchangeAgentAvgTimePerScannedMsg to see how much of that latency is actually attributable to real content scanning versus overhead on messages that skip scanning. For example, the value might read '12ms'.
