What is dlpStatusCode?

This numeric code represents the overall health of the DLP blade. A nonzero value is what would trigger an alert if, for example, the quarantine disk filled up or the Postfix relay stopped processing mail, conditions surfaced individually elsewhere but summarized here for quick alerting. For example, code 0 might mean healthy.
