What is dlpSMTPIncidents?

This counts DLP policy violations detected in email traffic, for example a message matching a credit-card-number or source-code data-type pattern leaving via SMTP. This is the number security teams actually review incident-by-incident; a spike often traces back to one user attaching a single sensitive file rather than a broad wave of separate violations, so the count alone can understate or overstate the real severity. For example, the counter might read 7 incidents this period.
